Public bug reported:
I am not Italian, but had to help a user with an Italian model Macbook
Pro with the Italian keyboard layout.
I had to change the xorg.conf XkbOptions from ralt_switch to lwin_switch
in order to make the left Apple key act like AltGr. This Macbook Pro is
i386, so some of the assumptions about i386 vs PPC are on their head a
bit.
Before I did this, it was impossible to type @ or #, which are pretty
important symbols. He found it difficult to send e-mails or join IRC
channels.
