Binary package hint: docbook-utils
My DocBook XML file contains indexterm tags. These show up in an index
section when I generate HTML with the DocBook XSL stylesheets via
xsltproc, but the index section is empty when I generate a PDF with
docbook2pdf. Googling suggests that this is not a new problem.
I'd submit this upstream, but I don't know where.
