Problem:
The modules 8250 and 8250_pnp are required for the touchscreen to work in a LG
C1 tablet.
They aren't built by default, so users are required to rebuild the kernel every
time an update comes up.
Solution:
in kernel config these options should be selected to be built as modules:
Device Drivers --->
Character devices --->
Serial drivers --->
<M> 8250/16550 and compatible serial support
<M> 8250/16550 PCMCIA device support
