Can't reproduce, never saw it, and probably doesn't happen in KDE 4 anymore.
Please reopen this report if you should reexperience this issue and try to
provide as many information as possible (most importantly - copy
$HOME/.kde/share/config to some backup location in case we need some
configuration/session files).
