Public bug reported:
I have a USB flash drive and it worked fine in Windows XP.
Then I boot the same computer in Ubuntu and plug my USB flash drive into the
USB port located on the front of my computer, Just as I did it in Windows XP.
What you expected to happen:
I was expecting the USB flash drive to be mounted automatically or at least
show up when i use "sudo fdisk -l".
What happened instead:
It dose not mount automatically and it dose not show up when i use "sudo fdisk
-l"
After plug the USB flash drive in I used the commend "sudo fdisk -l"

My computer model is a Dell Dimension 3000 service tag: D80DL61
The USB flash drive that does not work is a 1GB Staples Relay. I uninstalled
the U3 by using a uninstaller from the official site, then I formated it to
FAT32 with Windows XP
I also have another USB flash drive that works fine, it is a 1GB SanDisk Cruzer
mini. in FAT32 format.
My Ubuntu version is the Hardy Heron
The Kernel is 2.6.24-19-generic
