Yes, depends should be changed to 3.3.
AFAIK, domU is in the normal kernels and dom0 support isn't planned, so the
dependency on the linux-xen meta package should be dropped.
Note also that xenman is obsolete and is replaced by convirt.
Until this is fixed, as a work-around just manually install the required
packages:
ubuntu-xen-server:
bridge-utils, libxen3, python-xen-3.3, xen-docs-3.3, xen-hypervisor-3.3,
xen-tools, xen-utils-3.3
ubuntu-xen-desktop:
above + convirt
