No, this is a different issue. I had reviewed Bug #61237 when I posted this-- it was one the system automatically recommend I review before committing the post. But that bug is different in three important ways: 1) it is about behavior within Nautilus (going from one Nautilus window to another), not between Nautilus and another application, and 2) it's about putting something _into_ a list view, not dragging _from_ list view, and 3) as far as I can see, has nothing to do with dropping text containing the file path, but rather with moving the file itself (which my report does not address at all).
It may be these are different symptoms of the same underlying problem in code as far as I know... but it's definitely different behaviors being described. Thanks for the due diligence, though.
