Public bug reported:
During boot, my standard console font (the same that the BIOS uses, that
is) is changed to a different, thinner font.
However, this only happens if usplash is not being shown in the
foreground; if it is, then there is no font change.
I do not know whether the desired behavior is to change the font or to
leave it at the BIOS default.
