Well, they aren't 3rd source. The come straight from Ubuntu. Entries for Ubuntu main and Ubuntu universe repositories along with the backports, updates, security updates and the "restricted" repository which holds proprietary software. All of those are in your sources.list, but all of those do not show up in the 3rd party software list because they are 1st party from ubuntu. Main, universe, restricted, and multiverse repos can be controlled from the first tab of software-properties0kde, and backports/updates etc can be managed from the "Updates" tab.
