Dan, I'd like to explore the fact that your hardware is generating spurious interrupts. I'd just like you to try various boot options to make certain I've covered the IRQ side of things a bit more thoroughly. Can you try the following boot options:
irqfixup=1 (and possibly irqfixup=2) pci=biosirq pci=usepirqmask pci=noacpi pci=nobios acpi=noirq No need to attach a console picture. Just let me know if any work.
