Also providing the following information would be helpful
uname -a > uname-a.log
cat /proc/version_signature > version.log
dmesg > dmesg.log
sudo lspci -vvnn > lspci-vvnn.log
Type these commands in the command line which will create log files in
the same directory, post the log files that are created here as a
comment.
