Public bug reported:

Since the last Updates on Sept. 11, I don't have Sound in any
Application. Totem, as Example, gives the following error message when I
try to play Audio/Video-Files:

Failed to connect stream: Invalid argument

My Soundcard (SB Audigy2 PCMCIA) isn't selectable any longer in the
Gnome Audio Settings. Don't have a clue about the package, the latest
updates shouldn't cause this. Maybe I'm wrong.

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
