Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and help make Ubuntu
better. However, after examining the data that you have provided, there
doesn't appear to be a problem here.
gnome-system-monitor and htop only report actual used memory (not
including buffers/cache). These figures tie up with the output of 'free'
(which shows total used/buffers/cache). Conky is showing all used memory
(used/buffers/cache) which also tie up with the output of free.
If you still feel there is a problem, feel free to re-open this bug
report.
