That file plays fine in mplayer, avidemux, and my standalone mpeg4 player. It is encoded with the xvid codec, 640x368 @ 25fps, with an mp3 vbr audio track. The file is 234MB in size if you want it. It's a tv capture - effectively digital video tape.
