Public bug reported:
The smartpm-core postinst invokes 'smart', which that package installs
as a symlink to /usr/share/smart/smart, which is provided by python-
smartpm. Python-smartpm may not be installed by the time the smartpm-
core postinst runs.
Changing the smartpm-core's dependency on python-smartpm to a Pre-
Depends should solve the problem.
