https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProcedures has lot of instructions how
to debug. However this is already fixed in Debian.
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=492845 so debugging
might be unnecessary.
Maybe Ubuntu should just update rungetty too.
