Public bug reported:

Description:    Ubuntu intrepid (development branch)
Release:        8.10
python-virtinst-0.300.3-5ubuntu1

On a computer with virt extensions virt-install won't use KVM, keeps stopping
with the "Unsupported virtualization type" error. This line in
/usr/bin/virt-install for some reason always returns None:

  guest = capabilities.guestForOSType(type=os_type, arch=options.arch)

It may be an issue with libvirt getCapabilities function, I'm not entirely
sure. Anyway, virt-install worked on the same machine running Hardy.

If there's any additional information I should supply please let me
know.

Thanks

** Affects: virtinst (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
