After some more testing I get a different result: I checked the 10-modem.fdi file and found out that I had added a line for the n95 and commented out the generic CDC ACM lines.
So I erased my selvmade N95 configuration and after checking twice the fdi file I took away the comment line for the CDC ACM. nm-tool is recognizing the device but no internet connection is made (It may have something to do with the PPP options, I have to test some more). But it seems that the N95 is not a problem anymore -- Nokia N95 not recognized by nm-tool in NM 0.7 - probably a hal-info patch is necessary https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/262392 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
