As per the last comment I think that to the extent that this bug is
reasonable to fix, we have done so - the help system (accessed from the
question mark on the desktop) provides a "New to Ubuntu" section, and
the "Switching from Windows?" guide is shipped on the livecd so that it
appears to users who insert it while running Windows. Marking fixed.
