Public bug reported:

Ubuntu Intrepid 8.10 daily 15 September

I have booted ubuntu livecd in my laptop. As my wireless adaptor needs
ndiswrapper, the network wasn't configured.
I have tried to install Nvidia driver using jockey (just to test it) and as I
hadn't connection to the internet, Apport has captured an exception.

I have closed apport and then I couldn't close jockey. It was like
waiting for something (maybe the driver download to finish) and the only
way has been killing it from the terminal.

Also I have to add that it doesn't happen in Hardy 8.04.

I attach a screenshot. You can read the error in terminal in the background.
Sorry but I hadn't copied the text before rebooting, but if it's needed I'll
provide it full.

** Affects: jockey (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
