This doesn't seem to be a migration/corruption problem after all, as creating a fresh test user and sending a mail results in exactly the same error (actually I forgot to mention a preceding message in the bug report: "Saving 1/1 dirty records of Sent").
Also, when creating a new user profile, I saw some similar SQL errors passing by.
