@oss_test_launchpad Since evolution flakes on me periodically, I created a fixevolution.sh script for myself, consisting of the following two lines:
evolution --force-shutdown rm -rfv ~/.evolution/mail/exchange/<myEmailAccountFolder>/ Obviously, you'll "ls ~/.evolution/mail/exchange/" to see what your folder name is.
