If the package already builds successfully in PPA, then doing another
PPA upload with the new scons doesn't seem to help us confirm that it
fixes the problem?
Please reproduce the build failure from the buildds first, then check
that the new scons package corrects it; I don't think this should get a
freeze exception without solid confirmation first.
