Sorry, I'm unable to reproduce with modern Mono - it's normal not to
supply a pkg-config file for 1.0 and 2.0 versions of a library, the
error seems to be happening due to a failure to correctly remap 1.0
library references to 2.0 when gmcs is compiling (which is certainly not
the case today), and the apps in question do not show this bug when
building. Rejecting.
