Binary package hint: kde
If I select shutdown while in a KDE session the screen goes blanks and the cpu
goes to 100% (fan turns on). If I first "end session" and then "shutdown" from
the KDM screen this does not happen.
Have tried acpi=focrced and removing load extmod from xorg.conf, neither
had any affect.
Does not seem to be reproducible in Ubuntu 6.10
Kubuntu 6.10, Toshiba U250-S5002
