Iceweasel / Icedove / Iceowl / Iceape should be included in the Ubuntu
repositories as an option for users that want them. Perhaps this could
be handled with an iceweasel-3.0-branding package like the current
firefox / abrowser situation.
This bug is dependent on bug 269656, but regardless of the outcome, the
ice* packages should be made available in the repositories.
