Could you please provide the following detail to help us identify the
issue:-
Booting from a live cd, please open a terminal (Applications ->
Accessories -> Terminal) and run:-
sudo fdisk -l > ~/fdisk.txt
dmesg > dmesg.txt
sudo lshw > lshw.txt
Then (in the live environment) come back to this bug report and attach
those three files.
