This is not a dupe of bug 256972, which was to do with the original Human theme being broken. That was "fixed" by replacing the original theme with the new Human-Murrine theme (which is now just named Human).
This is possibly an issue for users who have previously selected "Human- Murrine" as their theme, as that name now no longer exists. Is your copy of Intrepid up-to-date (including human-theme 0.25)?
