I have a similar error. I am also using Hardy. but with keymap us. I haven't noticed the connection with the caps lock key.
My symptoms are that I will use the key combination CTL+Shft+arrow key and either or both of the CTL and Shft keys acts "stuck". e.g ctl+c just give "c" rather than "copy". or Alt+e gives Ctl+Sht+e I note that the rdesktop application was recently updated but this error still occurs. (it is still 1.5.0 something). -- rdesktop shift / caps lock problem with keymap fr (and others?) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/234981 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
