I just tested this on an Acer laptop, should be a Mobile Intel® GM965 Express. I tested off the most recent daily live build. I'd include lspci etc but it's also not seeming to connect to my wireless network. I'll see if I can update with more info, however as it stands right now, it still appears to be a valid bug with the 2.6.27-3 kernel
