Public bug reported:
When my HP Deskjet 3745 printer runs out of paper, the small light on
the button flashes, but I don't get any message in Ubuntu saying that
the printer is out of paper.
This is important for have a user-friendly UI to printing in the
operating system that is becoming "Linux for human beings".
