Public bug reported:
Using Ubuntu Hardy Heron and running compiz fusion and gnome.
When trying to use .jpg .bmp or .gif wich filenames includes "%", the desktop
background tool does not comply.
Simply changing the filensme solved the problem, but this should not be
nessesary. As long as tha OS accepts the fileneme, it should work imo.
