To reproduce, i have made a simply app, that write number of "<Ctrl>space" press
But when you press only space without <Ctrl>, accelerator callback function are
called.
Other example in Rhythmbox, I can't use space character in search entry,
it's very annoying.
I use intrepid up to date.
