Fixed in Intrepid now:
devscripts (2.10.26ubuntu12) intrepid; urgency=low
* po4a/devscripts-po4a.conf: remove remaining references to
desktop2menu.pl, which cause build failures on double-build due to
the disappearance of this script from the source package.
* scripts/desktop2menu.pl: remove.
* debian/rules: don't delete desktop2menu.pl, it's deleted at the
source package level instead.
