I was able to install Dapper (6.06.2) without any problems whatsoever on
an Intrepid host, using -m 750 and the default ext3 filesystem.
Looks like Morten eventually got this working too. I'm going to close
this bug for now. Please feel free to re-open if you run into problems
again!
