The Ubuntu Intrepid Alpha6 image for Kubuntu (with KDE4.1) came up fine
in LiveCD mode.
I then installed, and rebooted. KDE came up fine for me then too. I'm
going to mark "Fix Released". Please reopen this bug if you're still
having problems with the Intrepid images.
Note that I am using the Nvidia driver on an Intrepid host.
