I remember having seen this at some point. This most likely was a kernel
bug. However, my current hardy install is quite snappy on resume. Maybe
I have the backport modules installed, but i dont think so (cant look
them up).
If you still see this feel free to reopen the bug. Let me know if using
/not-using the backport modules package helps for you then.
