can you still reproduce this error? - If so, can you please checkt the
following list:
* does ~/.bughelper/packages exist
* does cd ~/.bughelper/packages exist; bzr info result in an error
* does it help to remove ~/.bughelper/packages and then run bughelper again
(this would checkout the whole branch again)
