I find it strange that netfilter_ipv4.h uses limit.h constants but other source files that use netfilter_ipv4.h should include limit.h... That would make sense only if there are different limit.h and you can choose which one you want to use.
However, since I have *no* experience with the development of a Linux distro, let's leave it as it is...
