This issue is STILL plaguing me. Are there ANY thunderbird developers who can help me with this??
A little more info in case it helps: when I try to reply to an e-mail, the reply window pops up BEHIND the thunderbird window every single time. This means I have to alt-shift-tab to get to it, which is a pain in the butt. (And no it's not a compiz issue, as it ONLY happens with thunderbird.)
