- Do not use basename, as its not available if /usr is not mounted.
- Don't make a lock, needed for read-only mounted filesystems.
* debian/patches/07_isw-raid10-nested.dpatch: Removed, as it causes
problems with some Intel Software RAID configurations, Debian bug #494278.
* debian/control: Replace lsb-base with udev in dmraid's dependencies.
