Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: firefox-3.0
I am using Ubuntu 8.04 with the latest updates, today when I updated my
system via the system upgrade (the packages updates were firefox and its
dependencies) I haven't been able to use twitterfox: I can't log on onto
my account, nor create a new one. I already tried reinstalling
twitterfox and changing the theme to the default one with no success in
making twitterfox work.
What I expected to happen:
1. right click on the twitterfox icon
2. select log in and then my account
What happened instead
1. right click on the twitterfox icon
2. select log in and then my account
3. no account shows, when earlier this morning before the update it was working
correctly.
4. select preferences
5. select new account
6. enter my data
7. nothing happens, even though i entered my username and password the boxes
remain gray and empty.
package version (apt-cache policy packagename):
firefox:
