Thanks for your report. Your dpkg repository seems corrupted and this should
not happen. Is it still an issue ?
If so you can try to reinstall the faulty packages with the following command:
sudo apt-get install --reinstall libart-2.0-2
You can also refer to bug 108189. Let us know is this helps.
