Public bug reported:

In installed Alpha 5. Then when I'd downloaded the Alpha 6 CD, I wanted
to use it as a repository source instead of download the upgrade over
the internet. However, when I added it as a repository and unchecked the
others, reloaded, and asked Update Manager to check for new updates, it
didn't find any. Before I'd changed the repository sources, Update
Manager was wanting to do a partial upgrade with about 300-400 MB of
packages to download.

Also, when I inserted the CD and it mounted, it asked if I wanted to use
the automount dialog (I can't remember the exact wording now and I can't
check because I've given the CD to someone else). I said yes but then it
said it couldn't find the autorun file. Either it needs the autorun file
(if that's the intended behaviour, which seems likely), or the messages
need to be suppressed on Linux.

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
