Unable to reproduce the St Louis report for this bug: When creating a new weather calendar for STL, 'Saint Louis' shows up in the locations list, and the calendar displays STL weather properly.
STL is listed correctly in the locations.xml file, <location type="ccf" code="STL" url="http://www.crh.noaa.gov/data/LSX/CCFLSX";>Saint Louis</location> and I tested the URL - it's correct.
