Okay, I see. Well, Since it seems that since we can only speculate what might have been the problem, we cannot really identify if or what the problem in the xine package is, nor how it can be fixed. I'm therefore invalidating this bug. If you disagree feel free to reopen this bug with additional information what the bug actually is.
