Public bug reported:
The current ubuntu-mid images pull xfce4-panel and various associated
packages by using thunar. thunar is mostly independent of xfce4-panel,
and does not need it to meet the use cases for ubuntu-mid. While the
correct long-term solution is to address bug #274822, a blacklist will
better meet the requirements for the current freeze states for intrepid.
