I don't really see how this can be triaged. We would still need to:
-Determine whether it's a problem with Qt or something specific to Plasma
-Determine whether it's a driver issue
-File an upstream report at KDE if it does turn out to be a KDE/Qt problem.
before this could be marked as triaged. Right now we don't really know
much about the problem aside that some users have it.
I myself can't reproduce this bug, so it's probably not a simple
graphical glitch on KDE's part.
