Public bug reported:
I've just downloaded Opera 9 Beta 2 and double clicking the .deb archive
from konqueror (Static Qt Package) popups an error in ark saying: "The
utility is not in your PATH."
However opening ark manually and then opening the archive from ark goes
fine without trouble.
I'm running Kubuntu 6.06 (with all updates done)
