Got the same problem now, after the latest intrepid updates... awn was
removed from the system during the upgrade (following a reboot awn was
gone). As far as I remember I used the official awn-reps to install it.
Maybe some libs are still left over, and causing havoc - the problem now
is that I can't remove awn or install it. I have two awaiting packages
to be upgraded/installed, libawn0 and python-awn, but when I try to do
so, I just get this error message about there being 5 broken packages,
and when trying to install I get the same error msg as in this topic.

When I run remove awn, I get missing dependency-messages...
