Got the same problem now, after the latest intrepid updates... awn was removed from the system during the upgrade (following a reboot awn was gone). As far as I remember I used the official awn-reps to install it. Maybe some libs are still left over, and causing havoc - the problem now is that I can't remove awn or install it. I have two awaiting packages to be upgraded/installed, libawn0 and python-awn, but when I try to do so, I just get this error message about there being 5 broken packages, and when trying to install I get the same error msg as in this topic.
When I run remove awn, I get missing dependency-messages... -- package libawn0 0.2.1-0ubuntu1 failed to install/upgrade: trying to overwrite `/usr/lib/libawn.so.0.0.1', which is also in package avant-window-navigator https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/173020 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
